Be careful about their billing practices First, I want to acknowledge that ahead of the first session I read AND agreed to all of Naya's policies as laid out in 10+ pages of dense text. The one part that gave me pause was their sliding scale. Typically these are used to ensure that anyone can access treatment, even if they're not able to afford the full price.
