Their policy of completely refusing bags with handles to on store customers because they’re saving them for to go orders doesn’t make sense. It’s not a dine in spot anyway.
Order was marked done at 1030 am went there at 1035 it wasn’t ready - was told to go back in 30 minutes. Went back in 30 mins- it still wasn’t ready. Pretty abismal customer experience for a customer buying from NAYA every day
Honestly would’ve given a 5 star but when you get all kinds of uncharges with not the extra protein, that really is a dealbreaker.
This is my second time eating at this place, and I'm happy and satisfied with the good service.
