This place for the life of me cannot get an order right. I paid $5 for extra shawarma beef and I got none. NONE. Last time I ordered extra sides and paid for those also to have none. Order at a different NAYA. Edit to add they have reached out to rectify. But I would still check my order when ordering from NAYA. But, the food as always is excellent and i hope they stay and continue expanding

Attitude was so bad as I was ordering, and nothing surprised after. The roll was burnt and ingredients came out of the wrap. Instead of making a new one, she just tried to shove the leftover off the press machine and packed it up, trying to give that garbage to a customer. When I confronted, she told me it was not burnt, and when I said the ingredients were coming out, she asked “and?” What kind of crap is it?
Food was good but they didn’t have any falafel. There are only two chairs to sit and eat.
