I went to Nay Nay for a couple of months , my eyelashes were weak so I decided to give myself a break . So this is where I don’t understand I texted her 6/15 to cancel for 6/18 3 day notice and I still got charged $31 and some change for cancellation, she had plenty of time to put it back up on her calendar and rebook it , so when did we start not being able to cancel an appointment in a timely manner!!
