I went to Nay Nay for a couple of months , my eyelashes were weak so I decided to give myself a break . So this is where I don’t understand I texted her 6/15 to cancel for 6/18 3 day notice and I still got charged $31 and some change for cancellation, she had plenty of time to put it back up on her calendar and rebook it , so when did we start not being able to cancel an appointment in a timely manner!! Let me start off with expressing what a beautiful attitude Nayelli has. the way that she makes her clients feel is completely amazing. She does the most amazing services making me feel beautiful. The prices are very much affordable and she knows exactly how to treat her clients. Deff going back to her!
