Great location
Came here to stand on line at 7am and got done with my appointment at 12pm. This is the worst place.
Others reviews are pretty accurate. Waited 5 hours just to be told I couldn't renew my cac card. No one checked prior to see who is signed in or not. When I get called in just asked what I'm there for with an aittitude. I'll gladly drive to another state for an ID renewal.
This place is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I was told to come in for a CAC renewal, and on two separate days the system wasn’t working. Instead of informing people ahead of time, both days we were left waiting outside for hours with no updates only to be turned away. No communication and no respect for people’s time. Completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend going somewhere else for your CAC services.
They say that the walk-ins for a new cac start at 7:00. We had to line up to wait 45 minutes in the freezing cold. This is unacceptable.
