Website says that the updated walk-in hours for CAC appointments are from 0800-1400 on Tuesdays & Wednesdays but the queue actually starts at 0700 and they have a cutoff limit. That’s fine, I just wish that info was more readily available before I made the 2+ hour commute there and back, rather than at the gate as I’m being turned away.
Their official page states walk ins from 0800 to 1400. I get here 0745 to wait an hour standing outside just to be told their daily limit is 25 people for IDs. Meaning these people finish their entire work day within an hour and waste everyone's time and money for the next 6 hours who is under the impression they operate for longer than 30 min a day. Very rude and unprofessional. Lack of communication unbecoming of a military facility.
FYI they only take the first 20 people in line
