they made me wait 5 hours from 8 am to 1 pm just to get a new ID card. the woman helping me was super rude and not helpful at all despite hearing how kind and helpful she was with other people. they only do 5 walk ins a day so you’re better off making an appointment if you can wait a month for one because they’re always booked too.
The parking leaves a lot to be desired. The construction doesn't help. It's a small command, with a lot of people residing at it.
