This review isn't about the customer service which is decent. This review is about the whole life insurance policy. I have a policy that started in September 2019. There is a period that no dividends are given over a period of two years. After that time, my total cash value has risen to $60K but has only paid out a total of $297 in dividends to raise my insured amount only ~$900. I pay over $900 in premiums each month.
