If there’ a NO STAR thats what they deserve … these people has no compassion and need customer service training … the pharmacy techs are very rude … at the front … never had a good experience with them
Truly one of the worst experience over the countless navy medical facilities I’ve been to. Even though I have had the same prescription, prescribed by a navy doc filled at multiple bases, this location went out of their way to deny they fill. They made me sit an hour while calling TRICARE who approved the fill, to then call around the command and finally asked some random person if they should override TRICAREs approval, and they did.
