New stay April 2026: staff was friendly and very professional. For the price point and proximity to Walter Reed this cannot be beat. Maybe furniture upgrade and definitely upgrade WEBSITE for self online reservation. Staff super friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean. Furnitures are outdated but I don’t mind it. This could easily 4-5 stars but the internet is non existent. The smart tv does not even connect to Netflix and if or when it does, the picture quality is terrible due to the very slow connection.

Great service with a huge smile!! I feel very comfortable and the staff is very tentative. The price is right and a hot breakfast is included!!!!! Breakfast is served from 0600 till 0900, and weekends from 0630-0930. Something you would pay an easy $15 to $25 in this area, per person. In the self-served breakfast fruit, waffles, oatmeal in pks, different breads ie. Bagels..love they have Philly creme cheese pkts, butter, honey also white dusted bread slices.
