Puppy love that place
Great staff and family experiences been going back since 2003.
The process on getting your guests onto the facility is really bad. You now have to put all of your guests in one vehicle because the third party company does not issue the gate passes in time. The bungalows have mice in them, the air conditioning systems are full of mold and look like they have never been serviced. The WiFi is bad, the tennis courts look like the Chernobyl aftermath, the fishing is really bad now as well.
From the moment we booked our lodging reservation, The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free, reaching out proactively to confirm details, accommodate our requests, and ensure everything was in order before we even entered our accommodation. Check-in was smooth, and every team member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to great service.
