Assisted promptly and issue was resolved within minutes. I had been alerted in the morning about some fradualent activity. Thankfully, I had enough time to come in the same day. I arrived an hour before closing on a Sunday which allowed for no lines and immediate service. Upon entering I was greeted at check-in by a friendly staff member and she noted what my visit was for. Get a notary on staff… I have literally never seen any other locations have a single notary for multiple locations that never seem to be at any location.
Really disappointed. I’ve been with Navy Fed for over 10 years. My mom passed away and I am her next of Kin. I did everything right. Brought in court and IRS documents told the wait is 7 business days okay no problem. Then I get an encrypted email from survivor support like why even send it if I can’t read it. So Monday come I got a hold of survivor support and they said they need the documents because they don’t have it.
