Really disappointed. I’ve been with Navy Fed for over 10 years. My mom passed away and I am her next of Kin. I did everything right. Brought in court and IRS documents told the wait is 7 business days okay no problem. Then I get an encrypted email from survivor support like why even send it if I can’t read it. So Monday come I got a hold of survivor support and they said they need the documents because they don’t have it. People are very nice at this less crowded.
This location took forever to be built and finally open. Funny that there wasn’t a grand opening, just one day it was open. But no difference. Now that it is, lovely! Went it and it’s clean, pretty, nice and everyone is cheerful inside. Went in the am to deposit some money, and they make it super easy. Esmi was 10/10! Not only cheerful and kind, but super informative and even let me know that I could update my account to different checking type, thus a higher dividend, due to having direct deposit set up from work! The location is not open and still has construction taking place. Update your hours to TBD!!! The Navy Federal Credit Union next to the NEX has a water main break and was closed on April 6th 2024. So I looked for an alternative location and saw on Google Maps the Navy Federal Credit Union on Hickam was listed as open til 1pm that same Saturday.
