Misha and Kiera were so very kind and patient with a challenge I was having. Despite being short staffed, and busy, they still made time to make me feel like I was the most important person in the room. True superstars! To top it off, Leo comes in to support these kind ladies, and collaboratively, the 3 resolved my problem that countless calls to NFCU’s phone “customer service” couldn’t remedy.
