We do not need rude, uncouth, nasty customer service from Autumn. This type of behavior seems to be resonating through out Navy Federal.
I Went in this morning to deposit a check and the way the teller suspiciously observed the check made me uncomfortable. Her actions while observing my check that was issued from a local property management company, drew the attention of the teller next to her, who walked past her a few times to look at the check himself and then circle back a 3rd time to look at it again while he was helping a next customer. With depleting bank service at BOA, I finally chose to open an account with Navy Federal not knowing what to expect. To my surprise I checked in upon entering and was told to sit in the lobby area in which I was called by name within 10 minutes to be served. The young lady Christina was very courteous in showing me how to set up mobile banking on my android phone.
