They SUCK!! 20 Plus year member, immaculate credit score (815), very low debt to income ratio, very good income. Applied for a auto loan and it came back at a rate 3 points higher than than their lowest rate offered. To make it worse a bank that never even heard of me gave me a rate much lower than NFCU. TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU, GO TO YOUR LOCAL BANK OR ANOTHER LENDER BEFORE YOU GO TO NFCU. Totally ridiculous and unbelievable that they do this and are allowed to do this.
