This place is the Worst Credit Union in the state of Texas
I just had a really crappy experience here. I just opened a new account yesterday and I came to the branch today to do some things. Basically I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby to talk to someone then they host came to me and asked what exactly I needed. I explained to him he said let me talk to the manager and see if she can assist. Basically I was told they cannot assist and then I said well then let me get a debit card.
