This location has the worst customer service. Every time I come here theres an issue and they can’t help me with what I need. Everyone who works there is super unprofessional and rude, they need to consider new management. The lady working at the front desk was super rude and argumentative.

The employee named Rosheen is extremely rude and disrespectful. She made derogatory comments about me as a member. She stated that "I looked like i was on drugs" and she made a comment saying that I acted like I had a learning disability. An employee should never ever in the work place make those kinds of comments to a member. she made a comment about being on drugs and having a learning disability.
