Not impressed as I thought I'd be. I waited for years to get an account here. My son (Newly enlisted Sailor) needed a loan. He missed his flight and I had to cover his flight. He had time to spare before his flight, so he went to the bank to tell them the issue. "I need a personal loan to pay my parents back." That's all he said. He wasnt given options or spoken to from a loan SPECIALIST. Someone who could advise him. They asked "How much? He said $1,000" He just wanted to pay his parents back and start his credit up. Dealt with 2 separate people here and they are repugnant. I went elsewhere to open an account.
This location has the worst customer service. Every time I come here theres an issue and they can’t help me with what I need. Everyone who works there is super unprofessional and rude, they need to consider new management. The lady working at the front desk was super rude and argumentative.
