I just had a really crappy experience here. I just opened a new account yesterday and I came to the branch today to do some things. Basically I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby to talk to someone then they host came to me and asked what exactly I needed. I explained to him he said let me talk to the manager and see if she can assist. Basically I was told they cannot assist and then I said well then let me get a debit card. I've been with them for 5 years now . .. They are wonderful and great servies thank you.
Not impressed as I thought I'd be. I waited for years to get an account here. My son (Newly enlisted Sailor) needed a loan. He missed his flight and I had to cover his flight. He had time to spare before his flight, so he went to the bank to tell them the issue. "I need a personal loan to pay my parents back." That's all he said. He wasnt given options or spoken to from a loan SPECIALIST. Someone who could advise him. They asked "How much? He said $1,000" He just wanted to pay his parents back and start his credit up.
