Very rude and argumentative people who dont want to help
Laquia saved me today; accidentally made a transfer to my savings for a significantly wrong number. She helped me within seconds—it was surreal
Slow website which is usually down. ATMs are usually down. Same with app. So frustrating for daily banking. Come here for rates and nothing else.
App sucks. Ever since they changed the app it has sucked terribly! They don't seem to care when I tell navy federal this.
