We bank with NFCU because of the usual great customer service. Today this branch failed to provide basic customer service. The branch manager was not willing to help.
I went in around 4:30 today and an Indian guy made me feel very uncomfortable I’m not sure what his name was but he had swollen eyes, first making me sound dumb when I said I needed to sign something, then pointing out old scars asking me what happened in a sassy way and looking at me weird. I never write reviews but this disgusted me and I will never walk in to this bank again
