Not helpful waste of time, not worth having as a bank, they should be closed down..
Staff were unhelpful and rude. Apparently their online banking system is 20 years behind their peers due to needing the address of the creditor for balance transfers to their cards, even though that wasn't required for the initial balance transfer to their credit cards. I've done multiple balance transfers to other cards such as BoFA, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, Discover and never was asked for the creditor address of the originating bank because they automatically have those addresses in their databases. Navy Federal has been extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with on my most recent mortgage application. Going into the branch does not help at all.
