I spend more time getting to Navy Fed than I spend at Navy Fed, due to how quickly they get me out. It's 2:17am and I'm still awake, because I know that even though I may get there an hour later than I'd prefer, I'l still be in and out well before they close tomorrow.
Erin was great - went above and beyond to assist us, I’ve never had such great service at a bank, she genuinely gave it 100%.
