Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
This branchs notary service is terribly organized. When you call the general navy federal number they tell you there is suppose to be a notary at this location at all times during their business hours. So I came in one day they told me that’s not true and to call the main number ask the person to call them to ask about the notary. I had to do this about 3 times 3 different days to find out when there was a notary on site. Same old story at all three locations. Understaffed and long miserable lines. Number 18 in this line. Additionally, ever seat in lobby is filled as all await other services. Tick tock tick tock tick tock.....
The staff here is great. It’s extremely clean and a great location. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because their ATM is slow if you need to make a deposit. (it only accepts up to 50 bills at a time) If they upgrade the ATM so it takes larger amounts of bills at once this will be a five star review. In general, I recommend banking with Navy Federal. The rates are unbeatable.
