Very helpful and friendly staff. Took care of my needs quickly and professionally.
They do not care about their customers. After asking for an extention on close of escrow my loan officer waited until the day we were supposed to close the second time to tell me they could not service my loan. During the entire process she was very hard to get ahold of and would not return calls but when I could get in touch she assured me everything was moving towards getting closed. This is the 3rd time in a week I’ve tried to do banking business at this location. Each time I’ve left without completing my business because of excessively long lines. I’m done with Navy Federal CU! I’m currently waiting to close my accounts here and stop wasting time. You just lost another costumer because you can’t handle the volume of customers and provide acceptable customer service.
Fast and friendly service. I have been banking with Navy Federal for over 19 years now, and I will never change banks!
