Always friendly customer service
Meets my needs continuously!!
Can't call my local branch to see about the cashier's check that I ordered, nothing but a trash automation service on a 1-800 number. Everything they do these days is backwards. Their online transfer order of transfer to and then from makes me want to throw my phone against a brick wall.
Navy Federal has a lot to offer however as anywhere else your credit has to be good depending on the day for good customer service over the phone customer service sucks
