Been with them for 14 years and it continues to go downhill. They can’t compete on technology or rates, and now the service is mid at best.
On March 31, 2026, I went to the West Gate Drive branch in Durham NC. I withdrew 1,300.00 from my Direct Express debit card, and I deposited money in my checking and savings account. I was given the money I withdrew from my Direct Express card. The same day I was contacted and told that I would need to come back into the branch because there was a mistake in my transaction.
