The staff at this branch have always been polite, but my overall experience has been inconsistent and frustrating. Any time I visit for service, the wait tends to be long. On one occasion, I sat in the waiting area for over an hour before being seen. Even shorter visits have taken enough time to use up an entire lunch break. My first visit was because the tap-to-pay function on my debit card kept declining transactions. I went to the ATM n was impressed with how many ATM!!
Been with them for 14 years and it continues to go downhill. They can’t compete on technology or rates, and now the service is mid at best.
