Hands down worst NFCU I've ever been in. Got there with all tellers open. First teller was too busy with her computerand no customers, after 5min another called me over. While making a cash deposit their counting machine jammed 4 times, she pulled out a dirty bill and said we can not except this. Once the jammes were done 20$ was missing from the stack that had been counted 5 time previous to coming to the bank. I was told there was nothing she could do. I told her that was unacceptable. Hub's debit card was compromised... *Cheyenne got him a new debit card *Helped him to report the other bogus charges *Gave him tips of how to further safeguard his card *Spent an hour with him Helping My husband has been awake all night, and Now, because of Cheyenne, can rest assured all has been taken care of 🙏🏼

NFCU refused to give me a copy of a form I filled out in the office on Bell Road in Phoenix, Az with both the supervisor and one other employee present. I have called least 4 times...never observed this poor service before

I’ve been banking with NFCU for year, I came into this branch looking to get information on student loans, I sat with a man and when he asked the amount of the loan I was looking to get I said around 10k. If you’re familiar with student loans this is a relatively small amount and usually doesn’t cover more than a portion of what most people owe for university undergraduate degrees.
