DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! Navy Federal will tell you at the branch that your check will have a 2 day hold on funds, regardless if you've been depositing the same companies checks from the same account for 5 years without incident, which is annoying, but I adjusted my business and have made it work. Within the past 2 months, they have decided to hold checks for 5 days. Still telling me in person that it would be a 2 day hold, then sending an email at 2 am on Saturday informing me they will be holding it for 5 days inst... read more
Navy federal used to be great, that joy has faded and now I understand why so many are leaving.
Great customer service
Customer service representative had a very bad attitude. No communication, no smile act like I was the problem because she couldn't spell. But, did ask me how the spelling should have been on the cashier check.
