Drove 30+ minutes and ATM wouldn’t accept deposits. The ATM should be working properly because it’s already hard enough to fine Navy Federal Credit Union location and ATM!
To summarize navy is a scam. Never use this brand they don’t accept any responsibility for the decisions their team members make. We were approved for a loan for a vehicle clearly detailing what it was being used for and then after we had the vehicle for a week, they Informed us it didn’t meet the qualifications. This vehicle had been customized to meet the needs of the business so not only did they leave us without any options for the vehicle. They also left us with a vehicle that was not returnable.
