Navy federal used to be great, that joy has faded and now I understand why so many are leaving.
Great customer service
Customer service representative had a very bad attitude. No communication, no smile act like I was the problem because she couldn't spell. But, did ask me how the spelling should have been on the cashier check.
Wonderful staff Daphne was awesome
I've been a member of NFCU since 1987. I've never had any trouble at all with them. From banking to loans. No trouble at all.
