My experience was good friendly employees and very knowledgeable also. Everything was done as I requested.
Horrible branch. Waited 45 minutes or more before walking out. There was only one person working that could actually help with accounts, two tellers, one hostess that would be better trained to help with all aspects of accounts instead of being only a receptionist (that could be automated by a computer), and a floater that was receptionist/teller. By the way, it was lunchtime, so it is unreasonable to NOT have proper coverage. While we were kept waiting, we saw two people that may or may not have been supervisors walk to the... read more
