Everyone I've ever interacted with at this credit union has been professional and polite. Free checking exists for military folks and for those related to them (that would be me) and the customer service number is open 24/7/365. This branch is the one I go to most often and it's so conveniently located for me....for me Navy Federal CU has been a rare thing that has not only worked out, but worked well and exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough good about this organization.
