Great bank..... Nothing bad to say about them.....
Poor customer service, Brittany who works the front desk has a negative disposition and isn't helpful. I asked to speak to a manager and instead she goes and gets a personal banker. This branch isn't customer centric and doesn't seem to want to go the extra mile to create long lasting customer experiences. I'll be closing my account & moving my balances to another bank.
