Like NFCU and we’ve been members for many years they’re very nice and friendly and if there’s an issue they’ll solve it right away.
After speaking today with a bank officer she started that none of our money that was transferred from our other account to this new account will not be available until Friday and mind you this had been since last week. she had been very great at helping us but she can't seem to get a manager to help her to get our money released. This is not the first time that a bank has done this to us. having money to pay bills and get what we need but not able to touch our own funds is not right. having to pawn items just to make ends me... read more
