Poor service that could not be resolved by the manager. Can't even directly call their office. Also, they said stopped offering a shred day. I would not recommend them.

The best credit union or bank around. They offer so much more than the others.
Don't apply to refinance your car! A 3-4 hour decision process turns into a week. Credit score in the 700's. Thousands in the savings account with them and even more thousands in my other credit union, but they can't seem to get their head out of you know where to make a decision. If they have questions perhaps they should contact the applicant, but they don't. Doesn't matter to me, I have financial goals, and the car will get paid off in the next year and a half whether I pay navy Federal or my current loan holder! Their lo... read more
