RecommendedSwitched to NFCU six years ago and have never regretted it.
Most of the staff were nice except for Marisol (don't remember the spelling). She has HORRIBLE customer service skills!!! Just a complete b*tch. Sorry, but that was just the worst I've ever been treated anywhere.

The service has always been top notch. Just wish they had not removed the coin machines from branches. This was a benefit we enjoyed.
I hated it, they messed up my credit score Not particularly about this Branch just Mortgage from them in General. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS. they messed up FHA application, wasted 3 months, ran my credit score a total of 3 times. We ended up not getting the house not because of financing but appraisal came back lower so we walked away. Yes, we will be buying a home, not through NFCU though!
Sad that a honourably discharged vet like myself cant get an account but yet they have members who have never even tried to serve with an account. Thanks for looking out for vets like myself Navy federal.
