Katie & Jordan we’re absolutely amazing! Both were incredibly talented, very helpful and truly goes above and beyond. Jordan explained everything so well and makes the process easy to understand, especially when I went to wire transfer money to other country and I really appreciate how he took the time to activate my debt and credit cards for Apple Pay. Myself and my wife loved working with Katie and Jordan and would definitely recommend anyone to do business with them 👍
I visited this location on September 11th. The wait time was excessively long, despite having enough staff present. Most of the female staff were chatting while attending to clients. Only one male employee, working with a female teller, appeared to be performing his duties properly. I’ve decided to avoid this location and will be going to Gainesville instead.
I wasn’t notified that there will be a 10 dollars charge when ordering the checks.

I have used this location of NFCU many times with zero issues. The employees are always friendly and eager to help, but recently 1 employee won’t stop singing; yes singing. My 1st trip, I figured maybe he’s just having a great day and no one around him minds. A couple weeks later, I made a 2nd trip and sure enough, just entering the door he can be heard singing away.
