Ive been with Navy Federal for quite some time now and the Ofallon branch has always displayed exceptional customer service. I am however disappointed in the fact that during this time the branch is now closed on Saturdays. It is understandable we are in unprecedented times, therefore I understand the purpose in shortening the hours of the branch, but to cut out an entire day of service is very inconsiderate of your clients unable to reach the branch during your changed weekly schedule. Very great service and staff at this location. Started with just an account for a secondary purpose, but now we have refinanced our auto loan and working on refinancing our VA Mortgage Loan. Highly recommend to anyone eligible to join. Thank you again to Dustin and his staff, the impression from our visits made a great positive impact for us.

AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! PLACES HOLDS ON MEMBERS ACCOUNTS WHEN THE 3 GUIDELINES FOR PLACING HOLDS ON ACCOUNTS DID NOT OCCUR! I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $$$ CREDIT ON TOP OF MY $$$ CREDIT LIMIT! THEY COULD (REGARDLESS IF THEY DECIDE/CHOOSE TO OR NOT) MAKE EXTRA MONEY OFF MY $$$ ADDITIONAL CREDIT!
