Our CEO was racially profiled in North Charleston after going there to get tow cashier checks for business she drove two hours to handle. The teller questioned her about the amount of money several times and made her take her mask off. The teller then proceeded to type and the account ended up negative. Have spent 3 days trying to contact Melissa Simpson-Scott OR her supervisor Donna Horn. At $150 a day in a hotel waiting to close on our VA loan, this is ridiculous!!!
This branch is the WORST! I was in the process of buying a new home and was not treated professionally. The person I was working with ignored my calls, never returned emails, nor was she user friendly. You would think by this being a military friendly cooperation that the transition would be much smoother? No! Furthermore, I do not recommend this branch in particular when it comes to home buying. Everything else, I'm sure they are good at it. I would recommend to go with an independent mortgage company that handles VA loans.... read more
