This is the second time I’ve had issues with this branch. The first time it took you guys 6 months to create my business account because of an error with how your employees were inputing my tax Id number. Now I’m here to get help with signing my mortgage documents, and you have no one on staff to help me. Zero underwriters in the state! Makes me wonder why I’m even going through Navy. I have plenty of options!
it's a good bank...however one thing has always bugged me.....if you make a CASH deposit after a certain time it doesn't post til the next business day....a cash deposit should be IMMEDIATE no matter what time it is if it's done in the bank....only bank I've ever been at where it does that....
Susan in the Albuquerque branch is the greatest. She should be cloned and placed in all branches.
we joined today~ i have been a member of many Federal Credit Unions in my time, but this one takes the cake~ Being a military brat certainly has it's advantages~ and this place is above and beyond~
