AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! PLACES HOLDS ON MEMBERS ACCOUNTS WHEN THE 3 GUIDELINES FOR PLACING HOLDS ON ACCOUNTS DID NOT OCCUR! I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $$$ CREDIT ON TOP OF MY $$$ CREDIT LIMIT! THEY COULD (REGARDLESS IF THEY DECIDE/CHOOSE TO OR NOT) MAKE EXTRA MONEY OFF MY $$$ ADDITIONAL CREDIT!
And another reason I closed my account. I withdrew some cash from the ATM. I wanted to exchange $20 bills for $100s. You can't do that without an account!?
Every issue I have ever had has been resolved very quickly and when I needed some help with credit you did everything possible to help and now things are a lot easier. Thank you for your dedication
You guys are a piece of work your whole bank is I've been with your bank for 3 years now I have had your bank steal money from my family even though we had proof you never refunded us. We had now 3 times when you have not informed us of information causing us to not be able to provide for our family because your staff was not all on the same page today being one of those days. All in all I think navy federal should be shut down as a whole. Thank for listening have a blessed holiday
