RecommendedThis location is to cramped...it’s always a line. You cannot easily get in and out of this location. AND TODAY the lobby wasn’t open AT ALL! There was no signage telling you the lobby was closed and there was no valid reason. Just a lady saying I’m sorry you have to use the drive thru or the ATM...
I've really enjoyed the relationship that has been built with this institution. They meet you at your needs and provide excellent service!
I have lost all confidence in them after receiving conflicting information and the run around m. Apparently, leader adds notes to files however, they aren’t willing to even get on the phone to address the customers concerns. I’m still confused how they’re the number one credit union.
AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! PLACES HOLDS ON MEMBERS ACCOUNTS WHEN THE 3 GUIDELINES FOR PLACING HOLDS ON ACCOUNTS DID NOT OCCUR! I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $$$ CREDIT ON TOP OF MY $$$ CREDIT LIMIT! THEY COULD (REGARDLESS IF THEY DECIDE/CHOOSE TO OR NOT) MAKE EXTRA MONEY OFF MY $$$ ADDITIONAL CREDIT!
