RecommendedI’ve been a NFCU member since I was a teenager. My wife @ over 20 yrs while my kids since they were born. ( Minor Savings Acct ) Long line due to Covid restrictions, you’re not allowed more than 10 min inside. HELPFUL staff, bought a house last yr in the middle of the Pandemic & again another one about to close escrow next wk. 🙏🏻 I wish there’s another branch closer so don’t need to drive 13 miles away from my place.

Superior customer service and experience. Everything you would ever need any credit union plus more. Rarely have to wait in line, there are always bankers available for me to speak to, and the concierge desk employees are the most helpful, and friendly I have come across in the banking industry. If you’re able to join this credit union, you should. They will make your life so much easier.
Dropped off my shredding at the NFCU semiannual event and got a free pen and a squeeze toy, plus offered a cookie and cup of coffee. ����
