Had to dispute a charge about an hour ago. Talked to your call center associate Ashley Pippin. Some of the most excellent customer service I have ever encountered. One of the most polite and friendly people I've dealt with in years. Promote her. I will continue banking with you as long as your agents are as well mannered and effective as her.
