My experience deals with the corporate office banking practice. We are normally paid one to two days before the actual payday. Needless to say this current pay period was discussed all over social media when it came to Not getting paid within two days before. Slowest branch I have ever been in.
Opened up a new account and went by the branch to get a card. When I walked in the lady at the front did not greet me and didn't bother to see what I was in there for, being that it was my first time. The line was so long and they were super busy, but Melanie was so patient and was so kind through it all. She definitely made it a breeze. I appreciate her kindness and patience.
