We have recently moved to area and have used this location 5 or 6 times in the last month, morning hours. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and we are in and out in 5 minutes or less. We have also used the Atm numerous times with never more than 1 person in line. Really like this location!

I have been a member of NFCU for over 27 years and have never experienced a significant problem that we were not able to work out together. I have ALWAYS found the tellers when I served overseas, the member service representatives over the phone, and the loan and mortgage specialists whom I have dealt with at NFCU to be courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. During those 27 years, I didn't always get the answer I would have wanted, but I always felt like a valued member who received the correct answer.
As a REALTOR, I have witnessed first hand how Navy Fed fails to meet closing deadlines. That might be okay if their rates or fees were significantly lower, but they are generally either inline with competitors or higher. Steer clear and find another lender when you purchase your next home.

I have been a member for over 20 years and can't think of a better banking facility.
Been a member for over 20 years. Instead of working with me, they just cancel my credit card never missed a payment. Was able to pay off 3 small loans on time without missed payments. But instead of working so I can ensure other issues are manage, they refuse to assist in anyway. Went to another CU and got to sit and talk and get help desired. The customer service has trended downward over the years. No people to talk to, just a computer and No!
