Do not recommend. I got this bank via a lien on my car and they’ve been difficult since I obtained it. The reps don’t know anything, they give you different info, the bank doesn’t make it easy to pay accounts online and even in person, it’s a nightmare. They never send me mail even though I’ve told them and they’ve “fixed” it multiple times. I wanted to open an IRA with them but that’s never going To happen. Horrible!
Brownsville rally is no good they have new people that won't help you! Was there trying to cash a check was making it hard so I just left all mad! That they needed more details on the check. Being more then 10 yrs with them but I'm going to change soon
