If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! I have been seeing Dr. Desai since I was 15-16 years old (I am now 28) and I couldn't speak better about her bedside manner. She has a great ability to problem solve why my Thyroid levels have fluctuated in the past and she can explain it in simple terms to me afterwards. Plus, she remembers the personal conversations we have had in the past and always asks about me and my family!
If I could give her a zero, I would. She is a terrible doctor who I would not see if I needed an endocrinologist again. No bedside manners, records are not complete after fighting with the office for a year to obtain them. She pushes medications and hides diagnoses, claims she orders labs but they're not in the file. If you need an endocrinologist, do NOT see her. She will shove medications on you without telling you why or working with you when you tell her the side effects are awful.
The services that I receive from Dr Navtika Desai is excellent. Dr. Desai and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Would rate lower if I could. The worst doctor experience I have ever had -- stay away. I'm serving in Iraq and planned my leave around a visit to Dr. Desai well in advance. She refused to see me for a telemed appointment that they had already checked me in and charged me for. I have yet to be refunded. In the meantime, I came to find out that the office apparently had no record of the in-person appointment I had scheduled that I had painstakingly planned my leave around.
