I wish I could give 10 stars. I've been coming to Nav for a few years and she's the only one who I let touch my eyebrows. She is a sweetest and truly makes you feel like family almost. Her service is top notch.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! My friend and i were supposed to get our hair cuts today so I called in advance to see how much it would cost since I was only getting a two inch trim. She told me it would be around $25 but she couldn’t say for sure and that I had to come in. So she booked me an appointment for the next day right before my friend. I have been going for haircuts and getting my eyebrows done now for over 10 years. This woman is not only polite she is very good at listening to what I want unlike some other hairdressers that do what they think will look good on you. I would recommend nav to anyone.

IMPORTANT: OK SO, i got my haircut today and she LITERALLY did not listen to me and was rude to me and my friend the ENTIRE time :) she always cuts your hair the way she wants to and acts like she knows so much about hair but NO! she only knows how to cut layers. i wanted a straight cut all around and she wouldn't do it, instead she gave me a U cut! when my friend was trying to tell me what my hair looked like but she kept interrupting her and never let her finish her sentence. she said that she didn't want to listen to what... read more
