Met Nav for the first time and had him install a new headunit on a friends 2016 Mitsubishi ASX (from a stock shitty unit to a Sony XAV3200 that retained all the steering wheel controls and the stock reverse camera) as a gift to my friend. He was great to deal with. He was patient, understanding, helped me out with problem solving when I ordered the wrong part (helped me order the correct part and told me which store may have it).
