Rarely has what I come in looking for, and of the off chance they do, I feel the price makes the 40+ minutes drive to Staples or Office Depot minutes more appealing. Unfortunately, the best thing I can say is that I've never experienced them being outright rude... Maybe because I must be invisible and mute into in standing in front of someone waiting to pay.
