I usually have good service with Navo & Sons. I have been using them since 2018, but after the service I received from them 7-10-25, I will no longer be using their services. They failed to call me before they came so I could direct them to the 16' service gate for full access to my septic tank, but they just used the 3 ' walk in patio gate to run their large suction line across the patio, furniture and pots on the patio breaking 4 of them and scratching the chair.
The truck showed up on schedule. The office was able to make a last minute addition to the order for them to pump and inspect both tanks instead of only the one scheduled. Work was done quickly and efficiently and everything cleaned up afterwards. And there was a great discount for paying when the work was complete!
Brian and Josh did a great job. Very professional and very friendly. Easy to work with.
Quick and competent. Great work on our septic system to get us back on track. Also a local family owned business.
