I feel I was overcharged. For a guy to come out to the house, dig down a little bit and tell me that the alarm box was damaged ended up costing me over $450!!! To be fair he did pump out the liquid from the septic tank. I changed to another company and called Navo Brothers to see if I could talk to a manager. I thought I’d deserved a couple hundred dollars back. I never got a call back and I called twice. I feel that they were uncaring and didn’t do much for all that money. Prompt response, reasonable price & good skills
Very nice guys. Have used them for years. They dug open and closed. Put dirt on tarps so nothing left in grass. Super clean job.
The men showed up on time and had us back in action in no time at all , Very happy with there service ,
