The staff members are always rude when calling in for an appointment. Dr. Rakkar is great but good luck trying to get in. The appointment's range from can you come in same day within an hour to she's booked out a month. I have an emergent issue I guess I will go to urgent care spend the money only for them to tell me to see my PC. This is why our medical is so messed up!

There is no handicap door for the office, is very difficult to get in with a wheelchair.
Dr. Rakkar is quick and efficient, which some people may not like, but she is thorough and acts on the information you give her. She will not blow off or minimize your medical concerns.
The front office staff is very unprofessional and non-responsive. I've been seeing Dr. Rakkar for a few years now and she has yet to find the root of my medical issues. She refers me to a specialist that takes months to get into but refuses to provide necessary medication to get me through until I can be seen. Their patient portal does not allow you to send new messages, only respond to theirs. Their office leaves a lot to be desired as a patient and I would only go here if you're not looking for answers.
