I have been to Nadja through 2 of my prenatal journeys and in between and she is one of the best therapists I have been to. She listens to what ails you and customizes massages accordingly such that you always feel better after getting one from her. I would highly recommend her if you are on the lookout for a massage therapist either when you are pregnant or for postpartum as well.
I’ve been on a massage journey with Nadja for the last 2 years and can confidently say that Nadja is hands down the best massage therapist in the Bay Area. She has treated some of my sorest muscles and toughest knots in the most perceptive ways. Everything from technique to pace and pressure is spot on including her knowledge about the human body. Anybody who cares about treating their muscles right will come to appreciate Nadia’s technique. Consider yourself lucky if you’re one of her clients!
