For me getting a massage was simply a luxury that I would treat myself to once in awhile. But through James I have learned just how much massage therapy can change the way you feel every day. There is such a difference in my day-to-day life after I go see James because all the stress I hold in my body all the time just seems to melt away. He always knows just which areas to work on, even if I am not aware that they have been stressed. I highly recommend him and Navitus.
James is an excellent massage therapist. He focused on areas where I have much discomfort and alleviated it almost immediately.
