Honestly, I don’t know what all the complaints are about. I checked in at 10 AM for my 6:30 PM appointment and from the time I left the desk the time I had signed bills in my hand was one hour and 32 minutes loaded and ready to go.
Took over 24 hours to get loaded . AA Lady in the office is not competent for the role. We were given BOL , warehouse then shuts down , lights off, and doors locked . Next day turned out load couldn’t even fit after waiting 24+ hours . Shipper was aware of this an still allowed us to wait on sight . Then denied signing anything saying load wouldn’t fit including the manager named Angel. Very unprofessional people I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company . They can care less about their work and it shows
