I can't fault Tyler and his team, they delivered the goods!! I tasked them with getting a machine, around the 6 tonne mark, packed up safely for shipping from the US to Lithuania. We didn't meet at all in the process - Tyler took care of it all! From visiting the local plant manager where the machine was held, to superbly packing up our machine and pieces of it for two containers home. I worked with Tyler and he was great! I had them ship a grandfather clock and they did an excellent job all around. Everyone we worked with there was professional and easy to work with. The clock arrived on time and in perfect condition. We hope to use them again in the future if we need anything else shipped. We highly recommend using them for your shipping needs too.

My experience with Tyler and his Navis team was truly incredible. I called in a total pinch trying to clear out my grandmothers apartment after she passed. I had 24 hours to have everything out. Tyler and his team showed up within 2 hours and made what could have been a frustrating and stress process into one of ease. I hired Navis to pack and ship from the U.S. to France. Working with Tyler and his team made my international shipping experience so smooth and easy! There was excellent communication each step of the way, the team answered all of my questions promptly (and I had a lot of them!), and my delivery of 2 palettes arrived safely in France -- everything was well-packed/secured and their partner company who managed the process here in France was also excellent.
