I worked with Tyler and he was great! I had them ship a grandfather clock and they did an excellent job all around. Everyone we worked with there was professional and easy to work with. The clock arrived on time and in perfect condition. We hope to use them again in the future if we need anything else shipped. We highly recommend using them for your shipping needs too.

My experience with Tyler and his Navis team was truly incredible. I called in a total pinch trying to clear out my grandmothers apartment after she passed. I had 24 hours to have everything out. Tyler and his team showed up within 2 hours and made what could have been a frustrating and stress process into one of ease. I hired Navis to pack and ship from the U.S. to France. Working with Tyler and his team made my international shipping experience so smooth and easy! There was excellent communication each step of the way, the team answered all of my questions promptly (and I had a lot of them!), and my delivery of 2 palettes arrived safely in France -- everything was well-packed/secured and their partner company who managed the process here in France was also excellent. We bought some equipment at an auction in MN that needed to be picked up, packaged and shipped to Texas. We hired Navis Pack & Ship for this effort and the process worked very seamlessly and smoothly. Tyler was super responsive and extremely organized. Our pick up was time sensitive and Tyler made that happen, gave us prompt updates, made this a hassle free experience and saved us a trip. The packing job was excellent and we had no damage to the equipment. I would highly recommend their services.
