Do not use this company unless you are ready for a lasting nightmare. This is the way they packed our items. When the items arrived, no one showed up for unpacking. Our artwork arrived without crating. Everything was loosely packed as if a 12 year old had packed them.
I had a fantastic experience shipping my bosses fragile China to Ireland with Robert at Navis. His team went above and beyond for me, packed everything with great care, and it arrived safely. Robert was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I needed some work done for a simple pickup, pack, and crating and my experience was horrible from beginning to end. Robert is disrespectful and believes his experience warrants disparaging comments to his customers. He spent more time talking down to me than it probably took to actually complete the job. He think he is above simple updates and thinks it’s unheard of to provide an estimated completion date. If you value being talked to and treated in a normal, civil manner, do not use this company for any of your needs.
