I'm amazed at the positive reviews for this place because my experience was the exact opposite. 1. Poor communication - There was basically no communication from them after they received my item. I was not given an estimate for when I would receive the bill until I asked several days after they picked up my item. I paid the bill, then proceeded to get no update on shipping until asked.
