This company is amazing! They picked up a 48x60 painting from my gallery, then crated and shipped to Seattle with a white glove delivery. They were kind, professional, and my buyer on the other end was very happy as well.

Short version - Keith & co are not qualified to handle international shipping. Also, Kieth was quite rude, threatening and aggressive on the phone. Long version - I needed to ship three paintings to an auction house in London. I was a bit disturbed that they had me fill out the customs and shipping forms since I figured that it might be a complicated process. The package was shipped and I assumed delivered. After dealing with the knuckle heads on that website that is a TV show and their ridiculous rules that even if the driver cancels a day before pick up they by default keep a portion of your deposit though after wasting couple hours of my time did get it returned and on the positive side it led me to work the professionals at Navis Colorado who deliverd and the Dallas Texas Mavis who picked up and packed my items quite well so that when the team from Navis Colorado delivered it there wasn't any damage. I've used Navis on and off for many years and always had good luck but my most recent experience was awful. I took in two boxes that needed some packing materials added and to be shipped. Seriously, a couple of things needed to be bubble wrapped and then the boxed need peanuts put in, to be sealed and shipped. Instead, the young man who was working, used two of their boxes, made a new box, put my stuff in it and shipped it. He was supposed to send me an email with the cost. I never got the email. Buyer Beware!! In my business, I often buy and sell electronic equipment that must be shipped all over the US (and world). I often pack and ship my own, but had a couple of specialty items that I thought would be better if professionally packed and shipped. Boy was I wrong. I bought insurance due to the value of this one piece of equipment. Needless to say, it arrived so damaged that the buyer had to return it, costing me shipping to and from, the cost of insurance, and the destruction of my equipment itself. The will not re... read more
